Terms and conditions

  1. Early Bird Promotion: Early bird rates are applicable for bookings made on or before 4th March 2025.
  2. Promotion Period: Valid from 5th March to 27th March 2025, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily.
  3. Pricing: Prices are inclusive of all taxes and are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  4. Reservations: Advance reservations are required to avail of the early bird promotion. Walk-ins will be charged at the original price.
  5. Children and Senior Citizens: Child rates apply to children aged 4-12 years. Senior citizen rates apply to guests aged 60 years and above.
  6. Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  7. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the early bird rates.
  8. No Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  9. Special Requests: Any special dietary requirements or requests should be communicated at the time of booking.
  10. Management Rights: The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
