Our professional laundry and dry cleaning services are available at a reasonable rate for all guests of the hotel. All laundry services are handled with the utmost care and convenience.

INTERNET KIOSK

The hotel offers broadband internet access in all rooms. There is also an internet kiosk, which is situated at the mezzanine floor, should you wish to check your e-mail or check out the various tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur

PARKING

Cititel Mid Valley is part of Mid Valley City’s integrated development and shares the common car park facility comprising more than 10,000 parking bays. Click on this link for more information on location, GPS Coordinates, and Live Updates.

The parking facility will be operated using the Credit / Touch & Go card only for a smoother and safer parking experience. In house guests can proceed to validate the payment card at the hotel reception and still be entitled to the flat parking rate of RM5.00nett per entry per day. 

For self-driving guests arriving at Cititel Mid Valley, please refer to the map. The nearest route to the hotel is through the mall’s Centre Court escalator, proceed to the ground floor, and walk towards East Atrium. For convenience and proximity, park in Zone A or Zone C.

  • Zone A: Entry and Exit open 24 hours.

  • Zone C: Entry opens from 6:00am to 10:00pm, Exit closes from 12:00am to 6:00am

Signages have been prepared by Mid Valley City Mall and made available on-site to guide you on the exit and entry points.
